Scott Dickenson currently serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain for the Global Retail Business segment. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s Retail supply chain teams around the world working directly with the varied Diebold operational facilities and key associated external and internal stakeholders. His scope includes supply chain and operational planning, supply chain continuity planning and management.
Most recently, Dickenson led the organization's global supply chain operations for banking and retail operations. Prior to that, he had spent more than twenty years working in the automotive industry with specific focus in the Japanese automotive industry in varied senior operations and supply chain roles supporting all major OEM global automotive OEM producers.
Dickenson currently holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Manufacturing Systems from Indiana State University and additional graduate degrees in Quality Assurance and Business. In addition, Dickenson has been a part time professor of graduate business operations and supply chain for more than twenty years
