Mike is the former global market price and benchmark support leader for IBM Global Technology Services. He was responsible for creating and leading the worldwide Market Price and Benchmark Consultant Practice, In this role, he led the use of leveraging market price expertise throughout the deal life-cycle (from initial price estimates to benchmarking signed accounts) resulting in improved by driving cost efficiency, supporting sales teams in deal pursuits, and new offering development with a market competitive view. Prior to this position, he held multiple roles in deal team pursuit leadership, supporting clients with outsourcing decisions to transitioning and delivering managed services for IBM’s largest clients.

Mike has an undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University – a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate degree from Brescia University – a Master of Science in Management. He has over 30 years in the IT Services industry, having worked with IBM for over twenty-seven years and previously as a co-op at IBM / Lexmark division in Lexington.
