Krishna Bala heads Automotive, Aerospace business at Tech Mahindra. In this role Krishna is responsible for driving growth by applying digitally enabled technologies to solve customers’ problems. He is also responsible for driving growth in Engineering Service line for Tech Mahindra in North America. He possesses rich domain and technical expertise blended, with his business acumen built global teams for several Fortune 500 clients. His expertise includes building CXO relationships and driving results using customer-oriented, stakeholder-focused strategies to enhance customer’s business outcomes. Krishna is hands on emerging technologies with specific interest in AI and ML Prior to this, Krishna has played several account specific roles, technical roles and service delivery roles. He has built credible relationship with customers and partners through his commanding knowledge in Sales & Marketing, After Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and how technology can be harnessed to win in the market place. Krishna holds dual degree in physics and electronics engineering degree from Anna University, Chennai, India.
